(Bethesda, USA – August 10, 2012) Marriott International, Inc. today announced that its board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of thirteen cents ($0.13) per share of common stock.
The dividend is payable on September 14, 2012 to shareholders of record on August 23, 2012.
